Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce coconut cream such as Coco López®
- 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup such as Torani®
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 3 ounces coconut rum
- ice cubes to taste
- cola to taste
- lime wheels optional, to taste, for garnish
- coconut chunks optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the coconut cream, the vanilla syrup, the lime juice, the coconut rum, and the ice.
- Cover and shake the cocktail shaker.
- In two serving glasses, add the ice.
- Strain the cocktail over the ice in the serving glasses evenly.
- Top the cocktails in the serving glasses evenly with the cola.
- Serve garnished with the lime wheels and the coconut chunks.
