Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh jalapeño finely diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups frozen white corn thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- tortilla chips optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
- In a bowl, add the cilantro, the onions, the jalapeños, the lemon juice, and the lime juice and mix well to combine.
- In a large bowl, add the corn and the salt and stir to combine.
- Add the onion mixture to the corn and mix well to combine.
- Chill the salsa for 30 minutes.
- Serve with the tortilla chips.
