Ingredients

  • 12 eggs hard-boiled
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt can substitute mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice can substitute vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • everything bagel seasoning to taste

Directions

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half, scooping out the egg yolks.
  • Place the yolks into a small mixing bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork until they resemble a fine powder.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the lemon juice, the Dijon, the salt, and the pepper.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner cut off.
  • Sprinkle each of the eggs with the everything bagel seasoning.
  • Serve!
