Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pound shrimp uncooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • pasta to taste, cooked and hot

Directions

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the shrimp, the garlic, the salt, and the cayenne to the butter and sauté until the shrimp turns pink, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir the lime juice and the parsley into the shrimp mixture.
  • Serve the shrimp over the pasta.
