Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pound shrimp uncooked, peeled, and deveined
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
- pasta to taste, cooked and hot
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add the shrimp, the garlic, the salt, and the cayenne to the butter and sauté until the shrimp turns pink, about 5 minutes.
- Stir the lime juice and the parsley into the shrimp mixture.
- Serve the shrimp over the pasta.
