Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 pound Colby cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, the milk, the breadcrumbs, the eggs, and the salt, and the pepper and mix gently by hand.
  • Fold the Colby cheese cubes into the turkey mixture.
  • Transfer the turkey mixture to a loaf pan and evenly top with the ketchup.
