Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 3/4 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ham cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the hash brown potatoes evenly at the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with the pepper jack cheese, the ham, and the green onions.
