Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons seasoning mix of your choice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place the chicken on a cutting board and rub it all over with the olive oil and seasoning mix.
- Transfer the chicken to a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear, reading 165 degrees F when tested with a meat thermometer, about 20 minutes. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
