Ingredients

  • olive oil spray to taste
  • 2 (8-ounce) tubes crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices ham
  • 10 slices salami
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup olives chopped
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Italian blend cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray the parchment paper with non-stick olive oil spray.
  • Unroll the crescent roll sheets and separate each of the perforated triangles. Arrange the triangles into a sunburst pattern (the larger edges in the center with the corners overlapping and the small points facing out).
  • Layer the ham, the salami, and the pepperoni on the dough.
  • Layer the olives, the peppers, and the Italian blend cheese on top of the meat layer.
  • Carefully fold the pointed ends over the filling, pressing into the inside of the ring to seal.
  • Lightly spray the top of the ring with the olive oil spray.
  • Sprinkle the top of the ring with the parmesan and the garlic salt.
  • Bake until golden-brown, about 15-18 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
