Ingredients
For the wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt divided
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Optional, for serving:
- 1/4 cup green onion , sliced
- sweet chili sauce to taste
- ranch dressing to taste
- celery sticks to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the wings, the olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the salt, the black pepper, and the granulated garlic and toss to combine.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Add the wings to the air fryer basket and cook, while tossing the wings every 8-10 minutes, until they are golden-brown, crispy, and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 23-25 minutes. You may need to cook the wings in batches.
- In a large bowl, add the remaining salt, the mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of the sweet chili sauce, and the sriracha and whisk to combine.
- Add the wings to the sauce mixture and toss until they are well-coated.
- Sprinkle the green onions over the wings.
- Serve with the extra sweet chili sauce, the ranch dressing, and the celery sticks.
