Ingredients
- ice to taste
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- grenadine to taste
- lemon wheel optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
- Transfer a glass to the freezer and let it chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, the lemon juice, the vodka, the pineapple juice, and the grenadine and shake vigorously to combine.
- Transfer the chilled glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with the lemon wheel and serve.
