Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves skinless and boneless
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 slices American or Swiss cheese
- 4 slices ham cooked
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Coat a 7x11-inch glass oven-safe dish with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Pound the chicken until they are about 1/4-inch in thickness.
- Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper on each side.
- Lay one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on top of each of the chicken breasts.
- Roll up each of the chicken breasts, using a toothpick to secure them and keep them from unrolling.
