Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
- 1/2 cup cashews chopped
- 1 rib celery chopped
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dillweed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 croissants split
Directions
- In a small bowl, add the chicken, the grapes, the cashews, the celery, the parmesan, and the green onions and stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, add the mayonnaise, the buttermilk, the lemon juice, the dillweed, the parsley, the salt, the garlic powder, and the pepper and whisk to combine.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and fold and stir to combine well.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the croissant bottoms.
- Replace the tops of the croissants and serve.
