Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill snipped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- lemon wedges to taste
Directions
- Position a rack in the center of the oven.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
