Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes sliced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 pound ground beef cooked and seasoned
  • 2 onions sliced, with the rings separated
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 green bell peppers chopped

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
