Ingredients

  • 2 (20-ounce) cans peeled and pitted lychees in heavy syrup
  • 1 (16-ounce) container fresh blueberries
  • 1 (60-ounce) bottle 100% cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka, optional

Directions

Step 1 -Drain both cans of the lychees, reserving the syrup from 1 of the cans.

Step 2 -Insert 1 of the blueberries into the opening of each of the lychees to form the eyeballs. Set them aside.

Step 3 -In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and 1 cup of the cranberry juice.

Step 4 -Bring to a simmer over low heat, whisking until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat.

Step 5 -In a 3-gallon drink dispenser or a large punch bowl, whisk the cranberry mixture, the reserved lychee syrup, the orange juice, the ginger ale, the remaining cranberry juice, and the vodka.

Step 6 -Store the lychee eyeballs and punch separately in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 7 -When serving, add the lychee eyeballs into each of the serving glasses.
