Ingredients
- 12 eggs hard-boiled
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt can substitute mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice can substitute vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- everything bagel seasoning to taste
Directions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half, scooping out the egg yolks.
- Place the yolks into a small mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until they resemble a fine powder.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the lemon juice, the Dijon, the salt, and the pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner cut off.
- Sprinkle each of the eggs with the everything bagel seasoning.
- Serve!
