Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 (8-ounce 1-inch thick) pork loin chops, boneless
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, the parsley, the balsamic vinegar, the soy sauce, the olive oil, the garlic, the pepper, and the cayenne pepper.
- Add the pork chops to the marinade and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate the pork chops in the marinade for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove the pork chops and discard the marinade.
- Grill the pork chops, covered, until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145 degrees F, about 10-15 minutes per side.
- Let the meat stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve.
