Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 pounds beef top sirloin steaks
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Stir the minced garlic and the garlic powder into the butter.
- Season both sides of the steak with the salt and the pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook until at least 140 degrees F internally, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the steaks to warmed plates and brush them liberally with the garlic butter.
- Allow the steaks to rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve.
