Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 heads cauliflower cut into 1/2-inch steak slices
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Coat an 18x26-inch baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, the garlic, the oregano, the thyme, the rosemary, and the parsley and mix well.
  • Place the cauliflower steaks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Use a basting brush to cover both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
  • Season the cauliflower with the kosher salt and the black pepper.
  • Bake the cauliflower steaks, flipping them halfway, until they are golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cauliflower with the parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
