Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 heads cauliflower cut into 1/2-inch steak slices
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Coat an 18x26-inch baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, the garlic, the oregano, the thyme, the rosemary, and the parsley and mix well.
- Place the cauliflower steaks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Use a basting brush to cover both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Season the cauliflower with the kosher salt and the black pepper.
- Bake the cauliflower steaks, flipping them halfway, until they are golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cauliflower with the parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
