Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower head
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Remove all the leaves from the cauliflower head.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets, all roughly the same size. You can slice the large florets in half, if needed.
- In a small bowl add the melted butter and minced garlic, stirring to combine.
- Place the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Dip each cauliflower piece into the butter first, then into breadcrumbs.
- Place each breaded piece onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat until you use up all of the cauliflower.
- Roast the cauliflower until the breading is golden brown, about 32 to 35 minutes.
