Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
- whipped cream optional, to taste, for topping
- 1/2 toffee bar optional, chopped, for topping
Directions
- In a blender, add the ice cream and the bourbon.
- Cover the blender and blend on high speed until the milkshake reaches your desired consistency. The longer it blends, the thicker the milkshake will be.
- In a medium serving glass, drizzle the caramel ice cream topping in a spiral.
- Add the milkshake to the prepared serving glass, making sure to leave a little room at the top for the toppings.
- Serve topped with the whipped cream and the toffee bar pieces.
