Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 hot dogs
- mayonnaise to taste
- poppy seeds to taste
- mustard optional, to taste, for serving
- ketchup optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Carefully open the crescent roll package.
- Use 1 of the dough strips for each of the hot dogs, wrapping them to look like mummies. Be sure to leave an opening for the eyes.
- Place the wrapped dogs on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake until light golden-brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Transfer the baking sheet from the oven and let the wrapped dogs cool slightly.
- Place dots of the mayonnaise and the poppy seeds for the eyes.
- Serve with the mustard and the ketchup for dipping!
