Finding a salmon recipe that doesn't entirely dry out your fillet can be tough. This recipe is different! Enjoy a flavorful fish with these Herb-Roasted Salmon Fillets in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Set your oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a 10” x 15” baking dish by greasing the bottom.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, into the greased baking pan. Spread the oil mixture evenly over the fillets.
- Roast in the oven to desired doneness, 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
