Ingredients
- 2 (3.4-ounce) packages lemon instant pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (16-ounce) tub whipped topping thawed, divided
- 1 (16-ounce) box graham crackers plus more, optional, to taste, crumbled, for garnish
- fresh berries optional, to taste, such as strawberries and blueberries, for garnish
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix and the milk together until it starts to thicken slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Fold 1/2 of the whipped topping into the lemon pudding mixture.
- Cover the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with a single layer of the whole graham crackers.
- Add 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of the graham cracker layer, spreading it into an even layer.
- Repeat the graham cracker and lemon pudding layers.
- Add a third layer of the graham crackers and top it with the remaining whipped topping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
- Garnish the delight with the graham cracker crumbles and the fresh berries.
- Slice into squares and serve.
