Ingredients
- 12 small mint leaves plus 1 sprig, for garnish
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ice to taste
- 3/4 tablespoon rum extract optional, nonalcoholic
- 4 ounces club soda
- limes optional, cut into wedges, for garnish
Directions
- Add the 12 mint leaves, the lime juice, and the brown sugar in a tall cocktail glass.
- Muddle the mint leaf mixture.
- Fill the glass with the ice.
- Add the rum extract and fill with the club soda.
- Garnish with the extra mint sprig and the lime wedges.
- Serve.
