Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine chopped
- 1 strip bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 egg soft-boiled, halved
- 1 (4-ounce) hanger steak grilled, thinly sliced against the grain
- 6 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbled
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup quinoa cooked
- dressing optional, to taste, of your choice
- baguette optional, to taste, torn, for serving
Directions
- On a large plate, pile the romaine high in the center.
- Top the romaine with the bacon, the egg, the steak slices, the tomatoes, the avocado, the blue cheese, the snap peas, and the quinoa.
- Top the salad evenly with the dressing.
- Serve with the baguette.
