Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 pound frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed of excess liquid
- 10 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded, divided
- 1 baguette sliced, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the garlic powder, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper, and stir to combine.
- Add the spinach, the bacon, the parmesan, and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella to the cream cheese mixture and fold to combine.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to an 8-inch ovenproof skillet.
- Sprinkle the dip with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake until the dip is golden on top and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with the bread slices.
