Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 cups ham cooked and diced
- 1 cup elbow macaroni uncooked
- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms drained
- 2 tablespoons pimiento diced
- 1 tablespoon onion powder or 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup American cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In an ungreased 2-quart casserole, gradually stir the milk into the cream of celery soup.
- Stir the ham, the macaroni, the mushrooms, the pimiento, and the onion into the milk mixture.
- Bake, covered, until the macaroni is tender, about 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle the casserole with the cheese and bake, uncovered, until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
