Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti uncooked
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 (6-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the spaghetti to al dente, according to the package directions and drain well. Set it aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the eggs and the milk and whisk to combine.
  • Add the parmesan cheese, the oregano, and the garlic to the egg mixture, stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the parmesan cheese mixture and quickly toss to combine.
  • Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly pour the spaghetti sauce over the top of the spaghetti mixture.
  • Add a layer of 1/2 of the pepperoni on top of the spaghetti sauce layer.
  • Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the top of the pepperoni layer.
  • Layer the remaining pepperoni on top of the mozzarella cheese layer.
  • Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
  • Transfer the spaghetti bake from the oven to a wire rack to cool, about 5 minutes.
  • With a sharp knife, cut into serving size pieces, place, and serve.
