Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the Brussels sprouts until softened, about 8 minutes.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts from the water and drain them.
- Using a saucepan over medium, heat the butter and garlic until the mixture is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
