Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
- 8 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives drained
- 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos drained
- 1/4 cup diced canned jalapeño peppers
- 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas room temperature
- 8 thin slices deli ham
- 8 thin slices deli turkey
- 8 thin slices deli roast beef
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- In a small bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat the cream cheese, the ranch dressing, and the ranch dressing mix until well-blended.
- In another bowl, combine the bacon, the onion, the olives, the pimientos, and the jalapeños.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the tortillas.
- Evenly layer the ham, the turkey, and the roast beef onto the tortillas.
- Sprinkle the deli meats with the bacon mixture and the cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas and serve.
