Recipe Background

Stove-Top Chicken Provolone proves that the only thing separating you from a top-shelf, home-cooked meal is less than half an hour of time and a few easy steps. Juicy chicken is sautéed to a lovely, savory golden brown and topped with herbaceous basil, salty, fatty prosciutto, and creamy provolone, all broiled to melty majesty. That's it. Stove-Top Chicken Provolone seems simple, but the flavors are indulgent thanks to the incredible ingredients; all the cooking achieves is bringing them together in a way that makes the most of them. You'll be blown away by what you can make in your own oven!
