Ingredients
For the dip:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (15-16-ounce) jar salsa con queso
- 1/2 cup prepared thick-and-chunky salsa medium or hot
Optional, for serving:
- cherry tomatoes to taste, quartered
- green onions to taste, thinly sliced
- fresh cilantro leaves to taste
- tortilla chips to taste
Directions
- In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the salsa con queso and the chunky salsa to the beef and cook, while stirring, until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- In a shallow serving dish, add the dip mixture.
- Top with the tomatoes, the green onions, and the cilantro.
- Serve with the chips.
