Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- honey optional, to taste
- 1 red beet peeled and chopped
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 orange or blood orange peeled and cut into segments
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
Directions
- In a blender add the mango, the lemon juice, the turmeric, the cayenne, the ginger, and the orange juice and blend until smooth.
- Add the honey to the mango mixture and blend until combined.
- Divide the mango mixture evenly between two tall glasses
- Clean the blender.
- In the blender, add the beets, the raspberries, the orange segments, and the pomegranate juice and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the beet mixture over top of the mango mixtures in the glasses.
- Serve.
