- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

- 3 pounds chicken thigh boneless and skinless
Directions
- Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and kosher salt.
- Rub the seasoning mix into the chicken until well-coated.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the olive oil.
- Place the chicken into the skillet and cook, undisturbed, for 5 minutes.
