Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the peanut butter, the sugar and the egg.
- Mix until the dough is smooth and creamy.
- Scoop out the dough into small balls. There should be about 18 total.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten each using a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
- Place the baking sheet onto a rack in the center of the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving to a serving platter.
