Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (20-ounce) package frozen crinkle-cut french fries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the mushroom soup and the cheddar cheese soup to the beef and stir to combine.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
