Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups 1% milk cold
- 1 (1.4-ounce) package sugar-free chocolate-flavored instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 (8-ounce) container sugar-free Cool Whip® thawed, divided
- 16 sugar-free Oreo cookies 10 coarsely chopped and 6 halved, divided
- 1 1/2 cups canned sugar-free cherry pie filling
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the milk and the pudding mix and beat until it is well-blended, about 2 minutes.
- Gently stir 1 cup of the Cool Whip into the pudding mix.
- Add 10 of the chopped Oreos to the pudding mixture and stir to combine.
- In the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart serving bowl, spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture and cover with 1 cup of the Cool Whip.
- Top the Cool Whip layer with 1 cup of the pie filling.
- Repeat the layers once, starting with the remaining pudding mixture and ending with the remaining pie filling.
- Arrange the remaining Oreo halves over the pie filling layer.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Scoop into serving-sized bowls and serve.
