Ingredients
- 2 cups olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16-ounce) package saltine crackers
Directions
- In a plastic gallon-sized resealable bag, add the olive oil, the red pepper flakes, the ranch dressing mix, the black pepper, the onion powder, and the garlic powder; close the bag and knead thoroughly to mix.
- Place the crackers in the bag, reseal, and gently turn the bag over several times to coat the crackers with the spice mixture.
- Allow the bag to sit overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- Transfer the coated crackers to a baking sheet and bake until they are toasted, about 15 minutes.
