Ingredients
- ice to taste
- 8 ounces Aperol
- 12 ounces sparkling wine such as prosecco
- 4 ounces soda water
- orange slices to taste, for garnish
Directions
- Add the ice to four cocktail glasses, then add 2 ounces of the Aperol to each glass.
- Add 3 ounces of the sparkling wine to each of the glasses and top each with 1 ounce of the soda water.
- Gently stir the drinks.
- Serve the drinks garnished with the orange slices.
