Ingredients
- 10 (3-inch-diameter) leftover biscuits
- 3/4 cup apple butter
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups ham cubed and fully cooked
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
- 6 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Directions
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits in half crosswise.
- Spread the apple butter over the cut sides of the biscuits.
- Replace the tops of the biscuits.
