Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot yogurt can substitute peach yogurt
- 1 (3-ounce) package apricot gelatin dessert mix
- 1 (8-ounce) carton frozen low-fat whipped topping thawed
- 1 (10-ounce) package mini-marshmallows
- 3 cups fresh apricots peeled and cubed
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the yogurt and the gelatin and stir to combine until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
