Ingredients
- 4 cups pancake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup plus more, to taste, for serving
- 1 pound bacon cooked and chopped, divided
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Grease a rimmed sheet pan.
- Mix the pancake mix, the eggs, the milk, 2 tablespoons of the syrup, and 1/2 of the bacon together in a large bowl.
- Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top.
- Bake until the center of the bake is set, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drizzle the extra maple syrup over the pancakes and serve.
