Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 jalapeño peppers halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
- 12 slices bacon
Directions
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix the cream cheese and the cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended.
- Fill each of the jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
- Put the pepper halves back together and wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of the bacon.
- Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on the grill.
- Grill just until the bacon begins to crisp, about 6 minutes.
- Gently loosen the bacon from the grill and flip the poppers over.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the bacon is fully cooked and the cheese is melted, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot!
