Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro optional, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat the oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
  • Whisk the olive oil, the sweet chili sauce, the sriracha, the lime juice, and the garlic together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well-coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a large baking sheet and season with the salt and the pepper. Roast in the oven until lightly golden and fully-cooked, about 30-35 minutes. Optionally, for cooking in an air fryer, place 1/3 of the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 360 degrees F for 12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Repeat until all of the cauliflower is cooked.
  • Garnish with the cilantro and serve.
