Ingredients
- 1 (15.5-ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 1/2 cups prepared guacamole
- 2 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 (16-ounce) jar chunky tomato salsa
- lettuce optional, to taste, shredded
- corn chips to taste, for serving
- green onions optional, to taste, chopped, for topping
Directions
- Spread out the refried beans in an even layer at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Add 1/2 of the cheddar cheese in an even layer on top of the bean layer.
- Top the cheese layer evenly with the guacamole.
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the sour cream, the lime juice, and the taco seasoning. Then, spread the seasoned sour cream in an even layer on top of the guacamole layer.
- Evenly add the salsa over the seasoned sour cream layer.
- Add the shredded lettuce evenly over the salsa layer.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the green onions.
