Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional
Directions
- Arrange the wings in a shallow baking pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the butter, the soy sauce, the brown sugar, the water, the mustard, and the garlic powder until the butter and the sugar melt.
- Allow the sauce mixture to cool.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the wings and allow them to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight, turning the wings once or twice.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Bake the wings in the same pan until the wings are cooked through at 165 degrees F, about 1 hour 15 minutes-1 hour 30 minutes.
- Drain the wings on paper towels.
- Serve.
