It's time for the big game and an even bigger sandwich! Big Game Stromboli is truly big, with literal pounds of pork stuffed inside the golden-brown bread! Plenty of melty cheese and even some green bell peppers for freshness make this dish so fantastically filling! You'll never go hungry while the game is on with Big Game Stromboli, that's for sure!

Ingredients

1 (3-5-loaf) package frozen bread dough
1 pound deli honey ham or Virginia baked ham sliced, cut into 1-inch strips
1/2 pound hard salami thinly sliced, cut into 1-inch strips
1/3 pound pepperoni thinly sliced, cut into 1-inch strips
3/4 pound mozzarella thinly sliced, cut into 1-inch strips
3/4 pound provolone thinly sliced, cut into 1-inch strips
2 large green bell peppers thinly sliced

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a sheet pan with foil, then coat the foil with olive oil.
Defrost the bread dough and keep it cool. Do not let the dough rise.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular or oval shape, about 20-24 inches long and 12-16 inches wide.
Lay the ham slices on the center of the dough, about 1 inch apart.
Starting with the empty spaces on the dough, add the salami slices evenly.
Add the pepperoni, the mozzarella, and the provolone, evenly and in that order, onto the dough.
Add the green pepper strips evenly to the dough.
Starting at one end, fold the sides of the dough together over the filling and pinch the sides together to seal.
Continue folding the sides until the filling is completely covered by the dough.
Place the stuffed dough, seam-side down, onto the prepared sheet pan.
Bake until the stromboli is golden-brown and bubbling, about 20-30 minutes.
Transfer the stromboli from the overn and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
Slice the stromboli into 1 1/2-inch slices.
Serve.
