Ingredients
For the drink:
- ice to taste
- 1 ounce blue Curaçao syrup such as Torani®
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 2 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon or lime juice
For serving:
- ice to taste
- maraschino cherries to taste
- pineapple wedges to taste
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, the blue Curaçao syrup, the cream of coconut, the pineapple juice, and the lemon juice.
- Cover the cocktail shaker and shake it vigorously to combine.
- In a glass, add more of the ice and strain the drink over it.
