Ingredients
For the lemonade:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
For the cocktail:
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1 1/2 ounces cucumber-flavored vodka
- 3-4 ounces lemonade
- 1 ounce of cucumber juice
- mint optional, for garnish
- lemon optional, for garnish
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/2 cup water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow it to simmer, stirring occasionally, until all of the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool.
- In a large pitcher or jar, add the syrup mixture, lemon juice, and remaining water, stirring to combine.
- In a 16-ounce mason jar, add the ice.
- Pour in the vodka, 3-4 ounces of lemonade, and cucumber juice.
- Garnish with mint and lemon.
- Serve.
